I believe what this is saying is the 25 bonus buck IS NOT EVER withdrawable but..... if you win from it and have excess funds of bonus bucks.... and make a deposit.... you can withdraw winnings. I could not find what the maximum withdrawable amount is. Normally from past experiences this is not something I would say you will have much luck withdrawing from. Bingo Network is somewhat reputable so I could very well be wrong.
