I called 1-888-222-6311 and was told that if you did not receive their CD and only found out about this bonus from a forum, then the $100 is just FREE PLAY MONEY and cannot be cashed out.

So this bonus isn't real cash and is a waste of time. That's my take on it.

Oh well, bummer!
