$10 on Netspend

I have $10 on my Netspend card. Does anybody know where (or if) I can use it? I won $20

but I had to pay $9.95 for a replacement card

so now I only have $10 left and won't be able to reload for a couple weeks. So,if you have any ideas, please let me know - Thanks
