samsarah1 they wouldn't explain neither why you can't have two cashins nor the other strange rules... the only thing i got: That's how the system works....

well, i'm not to worried since the cashin is on a freebie and i only made the minimum deposit of $25..... it still surpises me that they can take the cash from your card or netwallet in seconds but need days or weeks to put some back.... you never get that kind of trouble on Microgaming casinos....

but

Neverending story.... now the cashin processing time is up to 18 days from an initial 2-3 days, then up to 9, then 15 and now it's 18..... here's my last chat with them:

I have learned that all casino's are very willing to accept your deposit's but when it comes to doing anything for you. Well lets just say it is a joke with a lot of them anymore.
I don't deposit to much any more with online casinos, I usually just go to land based casinos. I have 5 all around me. The 2 closest ones are like 30 minutes away.

Really funny, now I'm back to 15 days for processing the cashin from 18 days earlier today.... spoke to their Customer Service Manager, Wilson, this time....

Don't want to bore you with another chat transcript.... but he seriously said that their finance department is not working on Fridays!!!!!! FRIDAYS!!!! ... what kind of joke is that....

went back today to check again on the status of my cashin...but first i read their complete website to find their clause saying that cashins take up to 15 business days to process.... surely, i could not find it.... but i found this under their FAQ section:

How long does it take to receive my winnings?
From the time of your initial request, the withdrawal takes 5 business days to process. Once your withdrawal has been approved, you will be sent a notification email. If your withdrawal request has been rejected, you will also be notified by email.

A little angry i went back and got Wilson, their customer service manager, on the chat and confronted him with that. Within 2 minutes he asked me for my registered Moneybookers email address and told me that the payment will be done straight away and i should check my moneybookers account after 1 hour...

i opened my moneybookers account after 10 minutes and the money was already there.... now, that was fast
