I got the buy $20 get $100 free at 32 Vegas and won $400. This was last Wed. I talked to support, they said I made my playthru so I happily made my withdrawl. I paid thru Neteller cause I always see on here that you get no hassel payouts. Well, 8 days later, today, I get an e-mail saying I never sent in my ID so I have to start the withdrawl process all over again and fax in my ID. No one ever said a word about doing this when I talked to them about cashing out. I went to Fed Ex and tried to fax the ID in 3 times and It wouldnt go thru!! the clerk said it was like someone was hanging up right when it was about to go thru. Is 32 Vegas legit? I sent them an e-mail and I called to make sure I had the right fax nimber and I did.Im so upset! I just talked to support yesterday and she said, Oh you should have your money in your Neteller account today and then I get this. They gladly took my money. I want my winnings. this is my first time cashing out of an online casino and Im so disappointed. Any thoughts or suggestions? Dreamyt

I've had to send ID to a couple of playtechs-cashouts were 2500.00 or more. I've always just scanned my ID, and sent it to support as an attachment-haven't had any problems. Never have played at that particular Playtech before. Good luck!

Finally got the fax thru, had to use the international #. Just got an e-mail from 32 Vegas saying they got my legible fax, they have updated my account and they apologize for the inconvenience. They didnt say anything about the withdrawl but I assume everything is okay now.

I just checked my 32vegas acct and my withdrawl has been approved!!!!
