I believe the tons of positive comments about Pantasia to be false or they are only showing good ones that are probably self generated. Unfortunately, this casino seems to be a total ripp-off. I was silly enough to deposit 250. Got 250 "bonus", thus i had 500 to look around, play around in the casino... thats what i thought. In reality, I was not allowed to play anything else that - excuse the expression - totally silly line-games which turned about 50 per play.
And each play went on automatically for about a minute. No table games, no regular slotts, etc. After about one hour of very boring "press enter every 60 seconds", with max bet, I guess I have wagered about 3000 - which was far away from the required 8,000 ... but of course, the value of my deposit went - by definition - down to almost my original deposit of 250 ...a suspision would be that there is no way to get to play eg table games for your original deposited amount - through this construction your original deposit becomes locked up and dissappears before you can ever go and reach the wagering requirement ...

When I asked the chat representative if there is any way to get out with at least the original deposit or any way at all to play table games or regular type "push slots" etc, I was told that formally, that would be cheating and that I should just read the rules.

I would like to warn anybody - refrain from claiming the Pantasia "welcome bonus". As I was "made out of money" I could not test the rest of the casino, but the Pantasia establishment really seems to be dishonest and ripping off people.

Crex, you may want to read the terms, as "most" of the Rivals follow those same rules. The bonuses are usually only for slots unless otherwise noted. I have been playing at Pantasia for a long time without any issue. If I want to play video poker I don't use a bonus.

Again, if you are new to online playing and using bonuses, you may want to check the terms before you deposit.

Hi there, yes, I am new to online gambling- but I find most of the (may be non-rival) casinos use the bonuses in much more clever way - to attract players. I compare for example with "winadaycasino" which as welcome bonus just give you straight away 30 usd, with no strange strigs attached.I had the opportuniy to play several different games, I liked it and I am going to stay there.

I returned to Pantasia just to spend my remaining money - which dissapeared, as I expected way before the high wagering requirement was reached.

As I said I can not comment about the "non bonus part" of Pantasia - I was never given the chance to play e.g. poker. So the welcome construction made that I never couldtry the games you talk about and hich areprobably, asyou say, verygood. I had no chance on that - desite investing 250 usd to start with. Having had the expectaation of getting 250 extra - i.e. 500 total - can you understand I was dissappointed. And Pantasia did not get a new customer - the other casino did.

crex, Hello and welcome to noluckneeded. We are happy to have you here and are sorry you did not read the bonus terms and conditions when you clicked "claim" in the casino cashier as this would have averted your problem and suprise.

1st: You do not have to claim a bonus to play at an online casino. Play your money and no bonus and play anything you want and cashout when you want.
2nd: Read the bonus terms before you play AND DO NOT CLAIM THEM IF YOU DO NOT AGREE.
3rd: There is not a casino bonus available that has no rules or as you say "no strings attached"...

I think you are OUT OF LINE to say other comments/reviews are false or not right when yours is a little ridiculous as you did not bother to read the rules before you claimed the bonus.

You need to read bonus terms before you start to play. The welcome bonus at Pantasia is good for slot, scratch cards and keno. 99% of members already know this. 80% of all bonuses for all online casinos are for slots play ONLY.

I do not think you should be complaining about something if you did not bother to read the rules before you claimed the bonus. There are rival bonuses offered for table games, but you have to find them and read the bonus terms and conditions. If you are looking for free money, with no strings or rules attached (at an online casino or anywhere in the world) then good luck with the search and I have a nice bridge in Brooklyn to sell you for a great price.

Anyway, members here are very experienced with online casino bonuses and know to read the bonus rules before they play, so they do not need a warning about bonuses that have game restrictions, but thanks anyway.

Next time, do not claim a bonus if you do not like the terms, but read the terms first. If you do not understand the bonus terms, let me know before you play or claim the bonus and I can help you comprehend the rules.
