Ok, listen up! I have never had an experience like this with a casino before. I received an e-mail from Virtual Casino offering a 500% bonus.
No thanks, right! At the bottom was an "opt out" process for e-mails, all I had to do was reply back and state that I didn't want to get them, so I did. I got an e-mail back from this "danny" character ACTUALLY ASKING ME WHY. So....I wrote back stating that I had asked for a free chip that I saw on the web and live chat practically scolded me AND that his group of casinos were blacklistewd all over the web for poor service and non payment. I told him I was sorry but I would never deposit and thanked him. I got a f*$!@$^ e-mail back from this joker this morning saying, and I quote, "you should not go around spreading rumors and that they are trusted and have been around a long time, have the strongest following AND I SHOULD GET MY FACTS STRAIGHT". Can you believe him? I have written casinos before and have always gotten back a generic reply, like most of you, apologizing for whatever and stating the facts....thank you...its been a pleasure being of assistance blah blah blah, the standard in casino customer service, but this guy, OMG! Now, if I am wrong and there are people out there who have had good experiences with this group please write me and I will grow some brass ones and write this guy back to apologize. I am still laughing. I mean, I wasn't rude, I even said I was sorry but didn't want to deposit and receive e-mails. I feel like I have been spanked and sent to bed!!!

Not only are they rude> They do not even pay afflaites!!
I spoke with Danny after sending over 25 emails try to resolve player problems as well as get paid money Virtual Afflaites OWES ME FOR 4 MONTHS!!
Danny assured me he would take care of it>> THAT WAS 3 weeks ago>

THANK YOU TDTAT.......I FEEL BETTER. I knew they were bogus, even though I had never deposited. I wrote back and said that his reply only solidified how unprofessional he and his group of CRAP casinos were.
Bet he's not real happy with me. I had better not open any mail from him...my computer might explode!!
