Hello, if anyone has no promotions available, then you need to ask for a "manager account review".
REMEMBER: If you ever get bonus blocked at 1 Rival casino, you will ALWAYS have to ask for
a manager account review each time a new Rival casino opens.
If you have ever closed a Rival casino account the same thing will happen:
You will have to ask for a manager account review for each new Rival.
If the $50 was in the cashier and you got an error message,
Reboot your computer and try again or ask live chat.
Vegas Days casino does now allow players from Denmark, Poland, Netherlands or Finland to claim bonuses.

If anyone had the $50 in the cashier but got an error message:
Make sure you are not playing a bonus at another Rival casino.
Play the open bonus then go back to Vegas Days and try to claim the $50.
If that does not work, ask live chat.

The first casino i answered to , to close my account just gave me a 50 free + a 15 free and some deposit bonuses.
This came within 15 minutes of my request to close my account.

Hi, You are from a country that is usally banned from bonus.
Maybe another manager looked at your account and they changed their mind.
Almost all casinos have certain countries that are not allowed for whatever reason. You will be restricted at a lot of casinos. They all say
that if you deposit and show a history of good play then they will look at
your account and possibly change their decision.
I do not know why some countries abuse bonus so much, but they do, and
then all players from that country are punished.
ALSO: If you have closed a rival account before that may be another reason you are blocked.
Anyone who closes a casino account gets on the bonus ban list because the system reads a closed account as a gambling problem or some other problems. Then a real person has to check.. and they can not always see the reason why an account was closed at another casino.
