WHAT DID I DO TO MAKE OPTION TO "NOTIFY ME WHEN REPLY IS POSTED" ALWAYS GET CHECKED....ON EVERYTHING POSTED OR STUFF JUST VIEWED?
HOW DO I STOP THIS...? OTHER THEN EVERY TIME I POST/VIEW UNCHECK THIS OPTION?

of a post.. below the blue.. see
where is says WATCH THIS TOPIC ?
click that and it will say DON'T Watch this topic..
Also go check in your profile and see if you
selected always receive Very Happy
