I won at Supreme Play casino last wednesday. I deposited with a virtual visa (Entropay) the deposit was accepted. But after I won I was told I could not withdraw because they did not withdraw to credit cards. I was told that I would have to make a deposit with one of the alternatives. I have never had to do that before. I was always able to withdraw via ACH. Anyway I made a deposit with UseMyWallet. I sent my documents and received an email saying they were approved and my withdrawal would be processed. That was yesterday. I check my quicktender nothing I go to the website and it says my account has been suspended. I dont know why. I have tried calling no answer I sent emails so far no answer. This has never happened before. I am very upset. Because they could have sent an explanation or something. I saved my chat correspondeces. So TDAT if you can help me please

I forgot to mention something else that was wierd. On Labor day I received a no deposit bonus invite throught email. The next day when I went to play the option was not there. So I deposited anyway. When I asked through live chat if I had met the requirement I asked about the invite she said it was expired. Well yesterday when checking on my withdrawal status the invite was there. A week later. I played it out 20 bucks. The next time account suspended

slotcalla, Hi! Cashouts to ewallet accounts at Supremem play take 2-5 business days after documents are approved... they do not pay instantly. ACH cashouts can take up to 7-10 business days as that is a wire to your bank. If you do not get the money in 7-10 business days let me know.

As far as being suspended, I am not sure. Email them or try live chat and see what they say. If you do not get a good answer, ask for a "Manager account review" (that will take a few days) and let me know the outcome.

As far as free chips for holidays, sometimes they are only good for 1 day, so claim them when you see them.

as far as the free chip it was not there on Labor day it showed up a week later and I did claim it and then account suspended.

slotcalla, Most casinos take 24 hours to respond to emails. See if they have live chat so you can speak to them right away.

update
I received an email saying that I have pending cashouts with other casinos abnd until these are handled then they can not continue the process. I responded asking them what other casinos that I have pending cash outs with. I have not got one response. I have sent them emails everyday. I do not know where to go from here. I have went to almost every rival casino to see if I have pending cash outs. I have about five more to go on the list. But with them not answering any of my emails I am afraid they will not pay. I won 1000.00 dollars. They took my money. Why wont they pay? They will not even respond. Any advice?

i dont understand , i had too withdrahal pending on their sister casino 21 grand and im been paid on few days , little longer than usual but they pay
i often cashout to supreme play without problem

i suggest you to go to live chat and ask after Nathan or Sam , they are the best for these questions Smile

I've read in other forums about people having problems cashing out from Supreme play, so I'm not surprised. I do believe you will get it but it can take some time.

I finally get an email response from them telling me that I first have to make a deposit using an e wallet. OMG!!!! This was the first issue that I had with them on day one. I made the deposit as requested. Now I am being told to do it again. And my account is still locked. With no mentions to that at all. I have sent them an email everday asking for assistance with these pending cashouts. I have not got one response. Just asking for me to make another deposit. There has got to be another way to resolve the issue. I just want to make sure that I do what is required to receive my winnings. I am okay with the slow process as long as I know I am going to receive it. They say that I have pending cashouts. I dont know with who cause if I did I would cashout. But I cant get any more info from them. My question is if I did have pending cashouts what does that have to do with them. They took my money and I played and won. They asked me to make another deposit using the ewallet to be able to withdraw. I did. I cant get any answers from them. Not the best customer service. So who knows if they will pay. But I am sure not going to go away. I won 1000.00.

this and alot of other rivals have gotten slow with paying. Rival oversees all of the withdraws and processes the credit cards.Unless you are playing at a place that does their own processing then its going to take the full 3-5 business days.....I have cashed out from Supreme several times and it always took 4 or maybe even 5 business days to complete......Go to live chat and ask for Julien....he will help you if he can... last i knew he was a promo manager but he also would work the chat line as well....
