Can someone please help me on a situation with Rockbet??
$7 dollar nd bonus...made playthrough......never withdrawn with quicktender so it wouldn't go through....contacted live support...they said i needed to make deposit in order to withdrawal. I did that and it didn't work again...here is what they said:

sudeo: But i did try to make a withdrawl...and then i contacted someone there...and he told me the reason why it was denied was because i need to make a 25 dollar deposit from the method i wanted to use to withdrawal.

sudeo: it would of been smarter to try to get my balance to 331 if i was told before i made a deposit don't you think?

I don't have a clue but it sucks thats for sure...For a bonus back in

sudeo, I heard they (Rockbet) were doing that super sticky bonus months ago, but they told me they did away with the super sticky bonuses when I complained about it...however it is not a scam as the terms are listed in the cashier when you claim a bonus.

Maybe this was one of the old bonuses before they stopped them. As far as support telling you, I doubt they had that information when they check your account, they would not look at the details of every bonus you ever played when you go to live chat to ask about a withdrawal. And you will always have to deposit with the method you want to cashout with, that is the same for every casino, no matter what bonus you use.

If you send me a private message with your casino user id and full name I can email them and see if anything can be done. Thumbup

For future reference Please be sure to always read the bonus terms in full before you play to avoid this type of problem. Embarassed

I used a super sticky bonus a couple years ago but never again, it's a gift that keeps on taking rather than giving! Good luck, I hope you get your deposit back.

Tdtat....but the bonus was claimed in 2009....I couldn't possibly remember all bonuses I claim and remember their terms. I can barely remember Lunch yesterday! lol :-)

But What I meant is by reading the terms before you claim a bonus would have kept you from playing a super sticky bonus...anyway as far as I know they are not doing super sticky bonuses anymore and would have removed that from your account, but now it is not an issue as you cashed out more.

In any case I got your pm and see you got up to the amount required so that is good. I responded to the technical issue. wink
