Hello Everyone, It's been quite awhile since I've played RTGs, and I know SlotoCash has a good reputation on this forum, so I thought I should share my experience.
Short story, I withdrew $350 via Wire last Friday/Saturday. Their website says these shoud take 72-96 hours. I contacted customer support this morning and the rep told me that, "yes, it should have been processed by now". She said I would receive an email explaining the delay. When I checked back with customer support this evening after not hearing anything, another rep, Andy said that Wires take 10 business days, and that "withdrawal via wire transfer cannot be completed in 4 days"
He then directed me to the "special" Wire terms on their website, but there was nothing else on there regarding this. When I questioned where exactly I could find these, he tried to tell me to use a different method, MyPaylinQ? I'm really feeling like I'm getting the runaround, and this is a brutal reminder of why I quite playing online to start with.

If anybody else on here can vouch for their reliability, I'd appreciate hearing it. Thank You

I did notice that they do not pay by check which I'm not happy about cuz I hear that wires take a long time

acirema77, SlotoCash casino always pays! The problem is that they are forever having to change banks for the wires coming to a certain country... HINT HINT. There is no doubt you will be paid, but you can send me your account number by private message if you want me to check.

Again, this is a country issue not a casino issue in my opinion. In fact they pay almost instantly to neteller (which obviously is not available for your country). wink

I totally agree, I don't play there as often as I probably would because of that. Perhaps in the future they will add a check option, I asked "Live Chat" about it once and the reply was "We can't talk about that."
