I sent an email.
Then, nothing... 4 hours or so later.
Then, I went to live chat... they said that they would send to the
'promotions' dept.... lovely
That's the first time that they would not just credit for me.
That's okay...

I emailed Jutsine about the 25% yesterday.. she has
been trying to get it fixed, but does not know why it disappears
$15 free is now expired
