I HAD WON OVER $3000 AT ROXY PALACE SENT PROOF OF ID AND COPY OF PHONE BILL TO PROVE RESIDENCEY THEY TOLD ME TODAY THAT IT WASNENT ENOUGH SO I FAXED COPY OF ANOTHER BILL WITH MY ADDRESS CALLED THEM BACK NOW THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT SEND ME A CHECK BECAUSE BANKS IN US WILL NOT CASH THEM SO I SAID OK I WILL PUT IT MY CLICK TO PAY ACCOUNT THEY SAID CLICK TO PAY WILL NOT TAKE PEOPLE FROM US EITHER HOW IN THE HELL I AM SUPPOSED TO GET MY MONEY?!! I TRIED TO LOGG INTO MY CLICK TO PAY ACCOUNT AND IT IS LOCKED? I JUST USED IT A FEW DAYS AGO?????? Evil or Very Mad

JUST SPOKE TO THEM AGAIN THEY SAID THEY COULD DO A DIRET DEPOSIT??? I SAID YOU JUST TOLD ME BANKS WILL NOT CASH CHECKS HE SAID PLEASE HOLD FOR A MANAGER AND HUNG UP!!!!!

mystique, I announced a few days ago that
click2pay was blocking USA withrawls. their clearing houses
are getting closed. Sad

They say they will open withdrawl options
to get the money you already have in click2pay..

(but they told me to put all my money back in
the casinos and withdraw that way.. I put all
my money in Intertops and withdrew to the INTERPAY ATM CARD)

You need to request a wire transfer from Roxy Palace
or ask if they take ECO CARD (and you can withdraw
from ECO card to your bank)

wire transfers are going through fine to banks

I DO NOT HAVE A BANK ACCONUT I WILL HOWEVER TRY ECO CARD OTHERWISE HAVE THEM SEND ME A CHECK AND TRY TO DEPOSIT IT INTO MY SISTERS ACCOUNT AND SEE IF IT WORKS??? Smile

mystique, eco card goes to your bank, so ask for a check..
My bank took click2pay checks last week, no problem.
You could also take the check to a check cashing store ... Smile

If you have not yet resolved this issue, you may sign up for a Netspend All Access card and have it sent there as an ACH to a bank account. You can go to any ACE, Randall's, or Safeway stores to purchase the prepaid VISA or MasterCard temporary card. Activate the card, then go online to www.netspend.com and setup an online account. Once you have the account set up, go to the option for Direct Deposit, click that. It will open a pop-up that has a button that says "FORM" or something like that. Click that button and another pop-up will come up with your account number and routing number on a form. That is the information you need to enter to receive the ACH.

This is how I get all of my withdrawals from the casinos and I've never had a problem with it. Plus, Netspend credits the account instantly so there is no waiting until after midnight or whatever that some of the banks do.

You can also use this account for direct deposit at work. I hope this helps. Laughing

Oh, and the good thing is you have the temporary card you purchased so you can access your funds at any ATM. Once the personalized card comes in, you can use it like a regular VISA or MasterCard debit card. 041

Yes, TDTAT, it's great!! I have had my Netspend cards (I have both) for several years, since they first offered them. Once they started offering the direct deposit option, I closed my bank account and this is all I use now for my direct deposit paychecks and casino withdrawals. It's GREAT!!
