 | Posted:06.09.2010, 17:34 Random Jackpot Win During a Tournament | |
I was playing at Club World Casino at a tournament, Crystal Waters. A screen came up and said I had won a Random Jackpot of $6796. I completed playing the tournament round. When I finished I went to the regular screen and it did not indicate there had been a change in the amount of money in my account. I am currently on hold waiting for live help. I think the money should be mine. I paid to get in the tournament, therefore, I was playing with money. What say you? I tried to copy the jackpot screen, but it went away too quickly for me to copy it.
Maria, from Club Casino @ 888 671 2855 said that if you win a Random Jackpot during a tournament, you do not get paid for it. She said this was listed under Terms and Conditions. I am going to check this out. It really does not seem fair.
OK, I checked under Terms and Conditions @http://clubworldcasinos.com/TermsOfUse.aspx?Curr=USD and failed to see where tournament play excluded the winning of Random Jackpots. Maria said she is checking with her manager and will get back to me by email.
This is sucky so far.

TDTAT, putting on my hat from my Business Law Classes, I paid to enter the tournament, therefore, I was using CREDITS purchased with my own money. It is understood that the person with the most ending credits wins that tournament, but that is only considering credits, not Random Jackpots.
Show me The Rules, please. |

TDTAT that's where Maria said the rules were, that's why I added the link. I saw no rules there, NOR have I seen tournament rules anywhere.
With Inetbet, I can see them worming their way out of it, because they are pretty much tight-fisted and a budget sort of casino. Club World, on the other hand, seems to be a more generous venue, and much classier.
In any event, they should have come up with the rules and wrote them down and made people acknowledge them before entering a tournament. |

TDTAT, I paid $1, not a penny. Besides, if gamblers didn't look for something for nothing, they wouldn't be gambling. |

As disappointing as it may be, it is clear cut; By definition of chips, their denomination, and 'tournament play' all prizes won during a tournament hold value only in relation to the tournament standings.... Therefore, when you hit the random jackpot, you were awarded that many tournament points were you not? And these points and their addition to your total improved ur standing in the final tourney standings, did they not? If in fact they did, you were paid. Congrats! |

I was playing in tournament that i paid $5+50 hit random for $2000 so thing and still lost tournament. If you look at random tournament jackpot game then go to the same game at just slots the random jackpot are not the same. i was playing at red intertop casino. Am sorry that is why they get hit so much in tournaments only good for your score. You hardly every hit one playing reg slots. _________________

Another time I was playing for free, no money involved, at one of the RTG casinos and hit a Random Jackpot. Of course, I didn't get to cash out that one. |
