Please help with Pantasia cashier

I cannot get the cashier page to load. A tech said it may be because of a windows update. I have uninstalled, cleaned my files, tried everything. I'm at a loss, please help ( I don't want to lose the 10.00 loyalty bonus which is only good thru Friday).

I have had it happen a few times and I just
exit the cashier and reenter and it works Very Happy

I can not help with technical problems like that..
Ask support to redeem the $10 for you so you do not loose
it also Smile

I asked them and they did credit the 10.00. Great support!!!!! Unfortunately I keep trying but it still isn't working. Funny thins is Divinci is not working, but Mayan is....I don't get it

I played at Davinci's and everything worked great. Maybe you can uninstall Davincis, clear your cache, and reinstall...? It might have picked up a quirk in one of the system files during an update. Embarassed

I've had to do that once or twice. But, I always have to uninstall AND clean my cache before reinstalling. Hope that helps.

I have been having a minor problem logging into Pantasia...
Sometimes, no problem at all.

Usually restarting my computer, will help.

I'm sure it due to my connection..... "AOL"

Thanks guys for all the help. Unfortunately, I have uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, shut down, cleaned all the files......etc. etc. etc.

I'll keep trying, and again I appreciate all the suggestions
