support said the casino security flagged my account and would not allow me any bonuses, when i asked why support said they didnt have to tell me why they could refuse bonuses at their discretion, Censored not impressed at all with this casino, thanks anyway

The accounts that are denied are all under review. We have changed moneyrays account to be able to receive bonuses.
Please make a post on your forum stating that the denied accounts will be reviewed and an email sent if the account status is changed.
We will be sending moneyray an email now stating the change to the account.

I don't know why but I recieved $14 upon signup, not complaining tho' ....LOLOL, it may have been because the PC I can access these casinos from is VERY SLOW, and I clicked the claim button 2x's thinking it hadn't registered the first click?

I have heard only 1 or 2 other players with download trouble..

Is it your firewall? if not, have support send you a cd..
that will work no matter what.. maybe a week before you get
it, but then it will work for sure Smile

Let me know if you do not get an email in the next few days
