I have an obopay acct and i got $5 for openeing it, then i referred a friend and got $5, then i referred my mom and they gave me $10, so maybe they upped the refferal ammount, so with the $20 in my acct, i made a deposit at
777 dragon and it went thru, so i guess they accept obopay as well!

Nope it sure isnt once you set-up the acct you can add a bank acct and transfer funds from the card to the bank acct or from the bank acct to the card also if you have a reloadable netspend card you can withdraw funds out of the Obopay acct into the Netspend acct there is a 1000$ maximum per week for withdraws using obopay but its still pretty cool!
