i emailed support@royaljoker.com when i read the post in another forum because my intertops id wouldnt work .. i asked them how to claim the free $10 and that my id w ouldnt work they told me to sign up and then they would credit my account. i signed up then sent another email with id and requested the free $10 and was there after couple hours.

On the Royal Joker homepage it says to use rj before your intertops id - if that helps anyone
