I absolutely agree!! The ones I named usually have promos that run all weekend and they will give you a bonus on the OVERALL amount of total combined deposits over that period, which is why it's okay to claim AFTER you've played. But, hey, every casino is different, and for the problem on this post, iNetBet is definitely one of those that you have to claim prior to playing. I guess the big issue here was really the rude CS rep...because it looks like the player made a mistake and did not claim the bonus as it was meant to be claimed. But, hey, mistakes happen, right?!
You know sometimes we are in a hurry to play, so we only read the overview of the bonus...but, it's worth it to take the few minutes to go read the full T&Cs. Of course, this is one reason I love the Rival ones - as soon as you click on the promo it pulls up T&C!!
