Hi TDTAT and everyone. Well i won real big at POC again,
$2850!! Now im just afraid its gonna take forever to get it.
They had me change withdrawl options 3 times now, of course that
isnt their fault. But they said all withdrawls are now delayed. I had to to withdraw $500 at a time cause thats all click2pay will take. I had my withdrawls since the 16th, now i had to change them this morning, the 19th, after waiting 3 days already. They usually make you wait 5 business days before approval. Well, ill just pray that i eventually get the money. I had no problem with my other cashouts there. Why couldnt all this trouble happen next week, lol. Laura

Thanks everyone for the good wishes. I was playing Ronin and got the random jackpot !! I was betting $2, but i only depsoited $45 with no coupon!! Anyway, im kinda depressed today cause i thought id get my money by the end of next week, but as long as i get it ill be happy.

opeth, also try this.. there is an excellent manger: Cynthia..
she is at Cool Cat but send an email attention cynthia (manager)
and ask her to please make your withdrawls faster.. let her know
you are a friend of Tawnia

she has always helped me before, so this may work.. she does them
a few days faster Smile

about 5 days.. just explain how yours were delayed because of the payment company changes Very Happy

opeth - i wouldn't stress about it- i'm sure they'll pay you - and Cynthia is a good manager. Tell her "hi" from zuka when you can, please-.

Well ive got an update. I tried to e-mail Cynthia at Coolcat but
the e-mail was returned as undeliverable. I went to POC to check my acct this evening and one of my $500 withdrawls was approved tonight.
Only 4 and a half more to go. So maybe things will be okay after all.

with subject line: Forward to Manager Cynthia and she will get it Cool

I tried to find her direct email but could not..
I know she would speed things up Very Happy

I tried alot of e-mails to coolcat but none of them went thru.
the withdrawl that was approved today was the $500 dated the 16th.
But all my other money was also withdrawn on the 16th, but they made
cancel it and redo it to click2pay. so now all my other withdrawls are
dated today instead of the original 16th. If i e-mail POC will Cynthia
get it even tho she is at Coolcat? Ill try and see what happens. TY TDTAT

opeth, just use the email listed on their home website
cynthia will get the email wherever you send it because they are all in the same office.... I am still trying to find her personal email so I will post if I find that for sure (because she would get that faster) Smile

opeth - based on my own experiences with this group - i think your best bet is to CALL and ask to speak to Cynthia, their email system blows ... late morning or early afternoon worked best for me ...

that is a good idea.. I would always request her on live chat as well and they would tell me when she would be in the office or put her on if she was in the office
