I have a question about moneygram/ECO card. It says to insert "user name" in payment details section. Does that mean my actual log-in name, or act. number? Also is the "payment details" section on the moneygram, or back at ECO, on their confirm form? _________________

Hello! You clicked payment details right?
That should be the receiver details (for sending a money
gram to eco)
Where do you need to insert user name?
These are the options in eco on the left side..
User name tends to mean the name you log in with
and account number tends to mean the 100XXXXXX number.

I clicked on money deposits, then moneygram, and got the person and place to send the money- I didn't see "payment details" anywhere. Maybe I should try again. I haven't sent it yet anyway. _________________

Payment details is what you clicked to get the person
to send to _________________

You would enter your account number, not your "user name".

If I am understanding this part of your question, correctly...
I would say, Yes.
On your "Deposit confirmation form" on the eco website, you will enter the
Moneygram info. (payment details)
USA?
Double check to make sure that the currency you are sending, is in USD.
I have made that mistake, which caused short delays in ecocard picking up the money transfer.
I hope that this helps! |
