Sorry, I do not know why you did not get the 300%. I know players loose bonuses sometimes if you always use big bonuses and cashout as soon as you make the wagering requirement.

i have never cashed out on a free bonus so i don't know what there problem is they always take my money.

no tawnia , there really a long time i havent cashout big lol
more i have is $400 i dont think its big with all my deposits on these rival , and this rival is new , i dont understand too but let it down it s not very important , like i said , i dont play until i got this 300% they promise in their mail :p
