While I am still not too thrilled about the new game format at the Rivals, I have got to say they are the quickest with the payouts of all.
Cashed out several times this weekend. Sent in my security documents last night. Got confirmation this morning and my money is in my Quicktender account already.
Now going to try out the new ICC card at Intertops.

And Mayanforrtune is as fast than Da vinci. 
First withrawal ~24 hous and after verification 4-12 hours.
Best time (in my mind), i maked request at saturday and money has come to my netteller after 6 hours.

i need some help...i'm a us player and trying to withdraw from sloto'cash. i use my c.c. for deposits. they are telling me they dont use check for withdrawals. what is the best set-up for us playes to withdraw from this casino?

The best is Quicktender or eWalletXpress.
Email the casino and ask for an invite for quicktender
or go set up an ewalletXpress account from the sloto cashier-
both of those pay in 2 days.. or you can use ACH which is a bank wire but
that could take 2 weeks or more
