***I just wanted to share another "great service" experience that I had with Sky Kings.

Well, last night, I made a deposit using Epassporte (who happen to be on my shit list, at the moment).
Epassporte is having tech issues, since like yesterday...
The deposit that I made, was approved however did not reflect on my balance. I clicked on live support. They said it may take a little bit of time. I asked if I would get an email when my account was credited. They told, "I'll make sure of it, if that is what you want".
A few minutes later, I got this email:

Dear Jeanette,
With regard to your recent Epassporte deposit, I have forwarded this matter on to our finance department however this may take some time. In the meantime I have credited your account with $25 bonus. I apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for you patience with this matter.

I hope this bonus brings you extra Luck!!

It was not in anyway their fault at the casino....
So, that's just another example of the GREAT service that I have seen from this casino, Sky Kings!

I have emailed MagicBox three times already.
No response after 2 emails.....emailed the third time.
I told them how I did not appreciate the question of, "perhaps you have already played it."
I also told them if they want to shut me up, all they needed to do was to respond. I swear it must have been no more that 4 minutes and then got an email response. Their financial dept. doesn't arrive until 9 a.m. Another bumped head.......... that doesn't tell me much.
WTF, time is it over there?

I should ask them like that, huh? They'll probably think I am asking them the day of the week...Wed. Thurs. and Fri., what?
