Received an e-mail for PlayFair casino. They give a $55.00 chip, 50x playthrough and max cash out is $55.00. Live chat was very nice but as always be careful depositing until we hear more..........

Both Playfair and Casino33 are new and have some technical problems. They are sistercasinos so if you register in both you need to use different username and mailadress otherwise they link it as multiple accounts.
You could probably get a free chip in both but if you have a pendling withdrawal you can't deposit in either one of them.
They do pay. I wun from the free chip, but I will not make a deposit until they sorted out all of their problems.

Drakella, Thanks for the info. It would probably be better to make one account and not both if they will say you have multiple accounts. Some group are like that.

I spoke to live chat, who was wonderful (I made a friend with Natalie). Got the 55.00 right away.

I may deposit 20.00 to try them out, especially if they paid on a free chip.

Good customer service always grabs my attention.

Yes they are really nice and they have the same supportpeople for both casinos too. If you win they will pay, but ask all the right questions first if you take their bonusoffer.

According to chat support 'Rod,' the Welcome $55 Free Chip at Playfair has been deactivated due to bonus abuse and fraud.

Instead of the free $55, they are now offering a no deposit $25.

Playthrough is 30 times bonus. Max cashout: $50
(this is different than what is written in their 'casino rules' page)

Well is there a code for the $25? I went to live help because the casino wouldn.t download. I got a guy names Andy. Andyhas a chip on his shoulder about the size of the rock of gibralta.
He was in turn rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. I tried to speak to someone else, but Andy claimed to be the only one working. (" it's the week-end, were short handed, and I am trying to help you. Now what do you want??") oh my. So I called all three of the phone numbers listed at their site, All three rang off the wall, 30 times or so, and then the calls were answered by a spanish recording.
I must say that I am more than just a little alarmed about this casino. I wouldn't deposit. in fact I won't even use a free chip- I suspect it is not worth the trouble.Good luck to those of you who will play a free chip from satan himself, (lol, not crisizing, as I have been there myself!) but beware, there is something very wrong with this place. I am going to send an email to the other person who works there...I mean Andy has to sleep and eat at some point, so there must be at least one more droid working there! Good luck with this place. My advise- be very afraid! Razz
