Live chat also told me to wait for the e-mail. I am waiting for 2 chips, I played friday and sunday with the curtain bonus.

I'm gonna complain a little about Rival support. They should give the support person the power to correct an error right then such as this example. It's frustrating for the player to have to wait on an email reply. I understand some things have to be ran through the higher ups but issues such as this should be easily taken care of by the support person that you chat with.

, just asking (nicely,) when the bonuses would be credited. I just checked my cashier and found a $5 free chip (said friday freebie.) I was expecting 2 bonuses (as I understand,) because I deposited on friday and sunday with the curtain bonus. Their response to my e-mail ( the $5 and no return e-mail,) just seemed hasty to me on their part. I hope this does not delay my pending withdrawl (4 days and counting.)

A huge thanks to everyone who took part in our Find the Prize'd Puppy Contest this past weekend.
