Players get banned from bonus for a variety of reasons.. it could be from
using too many bonuses, from making 2 accounts, or a mistake.

I don't understand. I downloaded, created my account, and then I was immediatly locked out, When I asked support, he said it was a final decision and I could do nothing at all to change it.
