This is an absolutely true story. It happened more than once and to other people besides me.

My family owed a small ranch in Central Texas and strange things happened there all the time. At the time this happened, my parents no longer lived on the ranch but the cows etc were still there.

So anyway, one night my husband and I had gone out there after dark to put gas in the car (all ranchers back then kept gas tanks for their own use). It was quite dark, no street lights of course and as we were putting the gas in the car, I looked out in the pasture and there was this round ball of orange light just kinda bouncing around but moving toward us. Now I am talking about being in BFE, 22 miles from the nearest town on a dirt road in the country so it wasn't a car. It just kinda stopped moving forward and just hovered above the ground like it was watching us. Well, you talk about two people that pumped gas in a hurry. Scared the stuffing out of me and I never went back there at night.

anniemac, Yeah I have had something like that when I was driving my car the orby thing was in my car bouncing from the dashboard to the passenger seat thought it was a car but no cars or street lights around...

Well back when i was married, the house we lived in was a old house we just bought and had a old style basement with low ceilings and had a few things left there from previous owners. well the basement had a small bathroom and when you come out you have to make a sharp right to go back up stairs and on the wall was a old pic frame on and i would always bump into it with my shoulder, and finally i got tired of that so i took it off the wall. Later that day i went down stairs and i noticed the pic was back on the wall again. So i'm saying to myself i know i took that down and the ex do'nt go down there to often except to do laundry and she was'nt doing that day. I had the freakiest felling come over me and i do'nt get freaked out that easy. so i went back up stairs to ask her unwillingly if she went down stairs earlier and she said yes and i asked if the pic was on the wall, well she said no and put it back on the wall. I told her what happened and she started laughing and said if she knew she would of said no. Well i felt pretty stupid but got to admit i was freaked out Embarassed

When I was kid my family would go on hikes well one of the times we went hiking in the hills near our home, my dad and I were hiking across this field type area when we stumbled onto some bones, astrew all around, partially buried and partially exposed. The bones were human remains we found out later that the property we were on used to be Spahn ranch. Well for those of you who may not know what Sphan Ranch was, that is the ranch that Charles Manson and his "family" lived located in the Santa Susanna pass in Canoga park, during the time when the Tate/ La Bianca murders took place. I lived in Simi Valley just on the otherside of the hill. When we were there was in early September 1970 this was just after they (Charles manson and Family) had been arrested and brought to trial Thank god. It still is my most skin crawling memory.

How much more freakin' creepy halloween can you get than charlie manson!!!!

Within the first year of my family moving into a house we had bought strange things would happen. Like in the middle of the night I would wake up because I felt like someone was in the room staring at me. At the end of the bed there was a smoke cloud outline of a woman in a dress that looked like it flowing and blowing in air. I would shut my eyes and not moving and tell myself I was dreaming. A few days later my 4 year old son told me that the alien witch woman was dancing in his room and wanted him to go outside and play. The next time she appeared in my room I got out of bed and followed her, she would always go into one of the kids room and disappear completely. One night I was up in the living room to the wee hours when I got up she was in the hall. I asked who she was and what did she want ? Of course I got no answer. I told her she was not welcome here and to leave and never return. As strange as this may seem it is true and really did all happen. After that last night no one in my family ever seen her again........

Okay Mine is a true story, my mom and I were riding home one night and their is a church at the top of our road. As we were driving by it we saw flames coming out of the ground near a tree and near the fence of the church yard, we actually stopped the car and made sure we were not seeing things, we were to scared to get out though. The next morning we went back to the spots we saw the flames to see if their were burn marks on the ground and their was nothing at all. To this day I will not go to that church ......
