I have a reg cleaner that I used since 2004. It's an older program, but it still works better than most of the recent ones. I don't think you can find it on the internet anymore, but I will try to find a way to make it available to anyone who would like to try it.
I also go into regedit to remove all traces of casino's. One thing you have to remember is that the casino's are listed in more than one area. And G-Fed casino's are listed under SystemAct folder.

Thank you TDTAT...I tried CrapCleaner and it worked great! My computer seems to be running much quicker now thanks to your recommendation. Appreciate the help

Me voilà de retour, tout a fonctionné tip-top, je n'en reviens pas, mon pc a retrouvé sa jeunesse.
Je recommande vraiment à tous ceux qui sont en bas débit de le faire, c'est incroyable.

im pretty sure i got the link in here for
the spam away, i looked for it but i dont
see it anymore, theres so many of them
and i liked that one its on my other computer
i wanted to get it on this one also.
i looked on the internet to and downloaded
a few, then because they wanted me to buy
it i then had to remove them..
there was 1 i did purchase a while ago
and it wasnt worth 40.00
it wasnt even worth it if it was free..
so i wont pay for that again,,,,
ill keep searching----.

Ok, I got crap cleaner and it worked great but when I try the regedit it says that it is not a WIN32 application (file)...Any suggestions.?

Sweetlynn, regedit is seperate from crap cleaner.. 
It takes forever to do this.. LOL beware
there should be nothing about win32 if you do this:
go to START, THEN RUN, type REGEDIT
then go to SEARCH(F3), then FIND and type something like CASINO
or Club PLAYER and it will find every file... and you have to delete each FILE
make sure you have My Computer highlited so it searches all files
BUT BE CAREFUL CAUSE if you delete stuff other than casinos you can CRASH your machine
You can delete/uninstall casinos from CRAP CLEANER, that removes MORE
files BUT you sill have to do the regedit thing to get all the files
TAKES HOURS THE FIRST TIME
