I downloaded RJ and since I have an Intertops account support emailed my signin details to me; didn't work so contacted them about it. Came back and stated I had been emailed the info in error, they no longer accept new sighins from the U.S.

Am sorry they did ask me befor the turn over befor they block USA Menber. If you join from USA befor cut off date they could keep the USA player they have.

can someone tellme wen the cutt off date was for usa players to join royal joker. i used to have an intertops account. finally logged into royal on friday but before i depositted i emailed all my info credit card pic and drivers licensse to support. They wrote back and said thnk. then i depositted and lost 1200.00. Well wen i went back the next day they locked my account. i am pi$$ed and angry cause i feel they should never have accepted my money if i couldnt play theree


any advice and can someone tellme wen the cutt off date was for usa players to join royal joker.

aujiwalia, Hi! I do not remember the cut off date... I do not think there was an exact date, but maybe I am wrong. Microgaming has not been taking new US players for months, but Intertops and RJ players were allowed to cross over in a lot of cases.

Maybe you are locked for such a big deposit, or maybe you entered your password wrong (enter the wrong password several times will lock you out) or maybe some other thing got you blocked. Did you ask the casino why you were blocked? They will tell you or send me a message with your account and I can ask a manager.

hi i hope im replying to the right person ..

anyway when i contacted them they told me that when i installed the software microgaming blocked my account not them because im from usa. she said although you arent from a restricted location , meaning california, that they still blocked it and that they can not do anything about it.....but she could offer me a 200 dollar bonus towards red intertops. ive always been on good terms with intertops so i just dontknow what hhappened

Hate to say this but just move on from Royal Joker. They do not care about their players, esp US players. It is not like you would probably win anyway. I question their pay-out ratio and get the same response "We are fair & unbiased" but yet I never seem to win anything.
They are definitely not Intertops Microgaming, at least they cared about their players...just my thoughts..

I have to agree with you Casey6771, my hubby has an account with then and has given them a lot of money and has gotten very little in return. They would tell him if he deposited just another $20 then he would get a bonus, then he would deposit and then ask for the bonus, and they would tell him no, that he needed to deposit just another $20. He finally said forget it. So neither of us deposit in any more online casinos. If we want to gamble we go to a land bases casino.
