I asked support and they said that there is a max cash out of $100 and you have to make a deposit before you can cash out

I used the first 10$ free 
I made playthrough and cashed ot 100$ last night
I was told It may be processed today if i got my documents in quickly
I sent them last night so we shall see
I doubt I will get the 2nd 10$ bonus since i cashed out on the first one but again i guesss we will have to wait and see
