I have noticed a considerable uptick in lag on pretty much all of the RTG casinos both on mobile and web. It’s making them feel very scammy. I tried emailing support and the response I got was, “please contact us on chat to further explain.” Anytime I’ve ever experienced issues with play on the casinos, the chat reps always say the same thing “tests on our side show no issues, must be you and your internet connection.”

Anyone else have these issues?

Boxer15, Hi! Sorry! When was this? I played Wu Zetian last night at Slotastic on instant play web for about an hour and did not notice anything? If you tell me some specific casinos I can tell my contacts in management to check it out. I'm sure they all want the games to run as fast as possible!

Yes, a few games now and then at the RTG casinos having been doing for me also. I have told them many times when this happens and they just tell me its my computer...so all my computers are bad? grinning face I think they only time they will fix it is when they get enough complaints. smirking face

jslotter71, Which casinos? I will tell them to put in a support ticket to RTG. They have to get RTG to fix things sometimes.

I noticed it, too. Actually it only seems to happen when I play Pulsar. It gets slow and then I get kicked out. It doesn't really bother me, because I am always able to eventually get back to the game, but it definitely is a bit inconvenient

Pretty much all of them? Definitely a lot more noticeable with Uptown Aces and Fair Go.

I actually even have been getting kicked out “due to inactivity” while playing a game. As in, I hit spin and get a message as I get kicked out.

Very odd and not reassuring about the casino’s trustworthiness.

Boxer15, If you are implying that glitches in how the software runs implies it is cheating somehow, then you are wrong. The problems with the games have a common themes... they are the new games that require a lot more bandwith and stronger connections to run properly. For instance... when I open one of the new style casino messages they take forever to load if the graphics move inside the messages.

If the reels or games are running slowly it is not because Uptown or Fairgo are somehow manipulating the reels. That can not happen. The individual casinos can not touch anything to do with the games and how they payout because that is set by RTG. The game payouts are run by algorithms and random number generators. Individual casinos can set their overall payouts of their games in three different tiers offered by RTG, but that has nothing to do with how the reels spin and they are set yearly or monthly not for each person or day.

I understand That the games are run through RTG and the individual casinos are merely a portal.

I wasn’t actually addressing the new games failing as I figured it was bandwidth like you said. I just chalked that one up the intensity of the graphics.

For me it’s on the older games, the reels will spin extra long quite frequently or they will lag.

Oddly, though they are all RTG casinos it seems more frequent with Uptown and Fair Go. I’ve never experienced it at Intertops.

Boxer15, Yes if older games are slow then that's a really bad connection or maybe their servers could get overloaded. I told them several people have complained. I sent a message to their team and asked them to check the speeds and games so I hope to get a reply soon.

I play the download casinos for the most part so maybe they are not doing the same thing.

Thank you for reaching out to them.

I predominately play on mobile and always have a pretty strong connection (other data heavy websites load quickly when these issues are present).

I suppose it could just be heavy overload since RTG provides to so many casinos.

Honestly I think it's the internet. I'v been having several issues. Especially with my phone. And it's new. Even my TV freezes up latey.

Curious to know what's going on out there......

Oh I have seen that a lot. I have had a spin stop on a split second with what would have been a great win then it goes on to a lose. I thought it was the internet at first but now I am pretty sure its not. It happens so fast I cant even hit pring screen but I am going to start a spreadsheet and keep a log.
