CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN ABOUT RULES IN THESE CASINOS??

I have been playing at the Cirrus Casino. I made bets about 5 or 6 times and each time got a bonus. All the rest of the times I lost all my money, except this last time. I now have a balance in the casino of $883.70. I talked to someone on the Live Chat to see how much more I had to bet before I could withdraw money. She told me I could do it now, but was only allowed to get $325 of that money, although I did hit my 20X Max Cashout. She also said that I had to pay back the $75 bonus that they had given my for my $25 bet. That I don't understand because I had hit that max cashout and had bet well over $4000 in order to be able to withdraw money. Crying or Very Sad

She also stated that the rest I would be playing for Comp Points? She said that when I get back down to zero, I can use my comp points but will be playing with a max payout again. Question

I asked her if I used my own money and didn't get a bonus, if I had any rules to go by and she said no. I think that is what I will do the next time. Don't get the bonus... because there are to many rules and regulations.... but can someone please tell me why I can't withdraw a majority of that $883 if I have met all the betting requirements. $325 seems like a little bit to get from that $883. I don't know if I am explaining this right or not. I am new to all this betting... especially with my own money. I always used the free money they gave you to try out the casino. I got tired of that and started betting small amounts....What do you all think.... It is good to get the bonus... or just use your own money and have no rules. Thanks so much for an answer.
