I just ask support about that monthly 5% cashback. That is obviously not for everyone. I just made three deposits last month for a total of $120 and that amount was to small to get any cashback. Well in that case they will not get anymore of my money either.

That is true but if you look above on your post before mine it says in regular promotions 5% cashback. Is that not for everyone or I misunderstand the word regular. It feels a little stupid when I have deposited so little. I just compare to Sloto and I maybe should not

Drakella, I apologize for my misleading post. I am not sure what the requirements are, I was explaining that sometimes cashback is for certain levels of VIP players (just like at SlotoCash). I posted an email they sent me as a player, so should have been more specific. I have edited the post. I will ask the casino about the specific requirements as the cashback is not advertised on the homepage.

It is advertised if you check VIP. It also say something about a $10 free chip if you deposit $100 between friday and thursday. What it doesn't say is when you have entered the Red Velvet lounge. It would be nice to know what that is.
Well I certainly don't have a vipstatus yet. I did deposit a lot more in december, but happened to cash out $250 on a free chip they gave me.
Hm, if I don't remember wrong I got a weekly cashback once. They must have removed that...

Drakella, Hi! Casinos do not usally say how exactly you get VIP status. They do not usally say deposit xxx amount and get to VIP level x. Some do, but most do not.
