If I already claimed the 100% weekend bonus on one deposit,
I can still claim the "Monthly" 50% on another deposit? Right??
I'm having issues with support.........
They are saying that I already claimed and received the "Monthly"
50% bonus.
Ummmm, yesterday was the first day of the month.....yesterday
I made one deposit, only one.

Geeez...I didn't even see this post, until right now.
Yes....it has actually been taken care of, for now! (believe it or not)
I can never get anywhere there with their support, whether
it be live or email.
But there is a guy, named Dean (Customer Relations Director) -
He has taken care of my every issue.
he asked me to get back with him, if I had any suggestions
regarding promos, and so forth....as he's got the power to implement .
(Cool, I got my own connection...now  )
So if there are any, I could pass them along.

Go to support and see if they will credit the bonus directly..
Just say a manager added a vip bonus coupon for 100%
That would be the fastest way.. I will send an email also
