I depoaited at atlantic lounge the other day, then tried to redeem the FREE20 but no go..... so went to chat to request initial sign up bonus instead - according to charles and john had to email tomdavis@.... did that 2X - never got so much as an acknowledgement !! !! anybody else get the run around here?
BTW for prism and slots of vegas - when requesting chips/cashback >>> try to get Chris - he's the manager and he's ALWAYS the most generous!!
