make sure you are allowed to withdraw the whole $500

LoL now it is 11 days since i made a whitdrav and still no $ and support dont answer emails.. and if u open a ticket they just tell me to take it easy.. LOL last time i depo here just a warning... i will let u know if i maby some day get the $

now it is 16 days since i made a withdraw and still no $ and it is only 150 $
they are told me they are working on it.. lol think they are wery slow.....
