well, i went back today to make my deposit of $25 to allow them to process my withdrawal of $100 from yesterday.... and there the trouble started

first i got the welcome bonus straight away into my account after the deposit..... support said that they will have to remove it if I want to withdraw the $25 as well.... so i said, yes, remove the bonus please.... done in 5 seconds.... tried to withdraw the $25... did not work... support says min. withdrawal is $100

.... Ok, i said, i'll cancel the pending cashin and then submit a new one with $125... no, support said, the 100 would be voided immediately if i reverse them.... so no other chance, then to play the $25 and try to get them up to at least $100.... but hold it, you can'T have two pending withdrawals

..... well as i had no other chance i played the $25 and absolutely no pay.... played on minimum bets (0.25, 0.20) and for about 500 spins nothing at all... so lost the $25 in a flash.... asked support again if all is OK with my withdrawal and he says Yes, will take 7-9 business days to be credited to my moneybookers account.... "are they walking the whole distance to the moneybookers office to hand over the cash".... ... well, i left it there and logged off....

later i logged back in as i remembered that they removed the $25 bonus credits and asked them to credit them... but only if it does not affect my pending cashin from the N/D bonus... support says "it will"... i ask how can that be? what kind of rules are that? I played one bonus, met the wagering requirements and submitted my cashin... then i deposited $25 and if i get now the welcome bonus it will affect my pending cashin?.... support says "that's how the system works!!!"

WOW, this casino won't see me very often if their rules are always that comlplicated.... you need a few years of university to understand their rules....

Microgaming casinos are much easier on the rules and don'T have this cashin, voiding of winnings, 1 million bonus rules etc.... i'll better stick to them (Royal Vegas, Spin Palace and Captain Cooks are my usual places to hang out Smile

i got same story with diceland , first payment take long time , but i had two
cashout pending , i was able to do it
