Hi all!

I would like to take this opportunity to add a few words from our point of view at Victoria Palace Casino.

We did in fact do a mail out promotion which was marketing specifically to certain European countries. Each code offered was in a specific currency which corresponds with the country it was sent out to. Obviously some of the recipients of these mailers have posted their codes in online forums, and from that point anyone was able to visit our site and start inserting bonus codes to try and claim bonuses in their accounts.
As many of these players have discovered, our bonus system is able to recognize the currency of an account and in the case where the currency of the bonus code does not match the currency of the player account, the system will not credit the player account.

When we started seeing sign-ups from US customers, I personally took the initiative to create a new bonus code in USD to be able to offer it to these new accounts. This new code was created with the same bonus win and wagering requirements as our European promotion, and was created specifically to give out to any US customer who had tried a different code and had sent us an email requesting why it was not working. Our "scratch card promotion" had now gone worldwide, even though it was initially intended to be limited to only a few specific countries. The fact is that, as an organization, we do not like to say no to anyone who is willing to come and try our site. We know there are a lot of other online casinos out there, and we want any of our clients to know that they will be taken care of if they come to ours.

In the last 4 days, we have sent out over 3000 emails to US customers and we are still working through all the emails that have been sent to us. This takes time, because our customer support team responds to each and every email with a unique response, and only after checking all the account details, bonuses already redeemed and gaming transactions performed by each account. I am visiting any online forums who have users that have visited our site with the goal of explaining our current situation for anyone who may have experienced problems with the bonus, or delay in response to their email.
As you all know, our casino does not yet have any payment methods available for US customers.
This is something we're working on, but we do not yet even know if it will be possible for us to obtain merchant accounts for the necessary options. Yet we still continue to investigate and respond to every single email question, problem or otherwise, from US customers.
I think this really demonstrates our committment to customer service and shows that our first priority is making sure any client is happy to play with us, whether they ever deposit or not.

For any comments that you might have read in various forums that indicates we are not an honest casino, I would ask the person making the comment if he or she had ever corresponded with our customer support, and if we had ever given any reason to believe that this is so.

I would also ask that person if he had ever read a comment from someone who had requested a payout and not been paid promptly.

I would like to thank all of your for your time in reading this post. I know it was a bit long, but it was important for us to explain from our point of view what has been going on in the past few weeks and why some of you may have experienced issues. i just logged in and got the bonus in about 30 sec.. i messed up when regestering and forgot to change the currancy to usd so when i tried the code earlier it didn't work.i had tried to change it after i regestered but i couldn't but the code for eur $$ worked for me.hope this helps in someway but it was at about 5.30 pm pacific time on 10/21/2007 i got it

i would like to say that i am from the us and i recieved a email stating the same thing that is in the statement i have just read.i personally hope that they are able to make it possable for us to play at there casino.the games are a bit strange but they all are i think at first.i wish our goverment didn't think they had the right to decide what what everybody in the whole are allowed to do and not to do and just when it was they forgot they are only paid employees and not our mothers fathers or gods.anyway what i was getting at is these people seem pretty honest to me

I like to boot all are goverment out of office. All they our out for is who give them the money to vote their way like all are land casino who think if we play online we will go their. Our goverment SINK BIG TIME.

OPur Customer Support told me to write here that we sent a reply to some customers, but we received a "Failure Notice" on the delivery. This can mean that either they set some kind of filter to block emails from casinos, or their email service provider has blocked emails from casino support in general to their users.

This happened with email ending aol.com and rr.com
