This bonus depends on a questionnaire, if they think you didn't give suitable answers, they will not give you the bonus, you also have to answer a phone call &/or send in verification document's! personally found it very long winded & still didn't recieve the bonus!!!
Have copied the T&C's & question's for future player's info.
