These people pissed me off to no end. They gave me a free chip . I made the play thru and cashed out the max . They did not make it easy , I made 2 more deposits , had a gooid run and had a hell of a time cashing out. Fussed at them and they closed my acct . No problem would never play there again !

Further to this, there is not much else to discuss.

We paid her withdrawals and refunded her deposits. She walks away with
6k profit after 1 month of playing. Ask her why would we pay 6500 and
then hold back on a $1000?

I am a single mom of 8 (my oldest is in cali however) and I do live on a dead end dirt road. I told them this so they would understand I am no casino swindler, just a player.

they can not make the argument that because I won previously and was paid more then I had deposited totally that it then negates them paying my second winnings. that makes no sense at all.



the account was square with a zero balance at on aug 13. I deposited over $800 after that. I put in a withdrawal for $2500. Nothing was paid to me from that withdrawal, nor have the $800 deposits been refunded. How do they figure that makes us square . . . because I got lucky, therefore I am wrong


I made no threats of forum posts, I made no threats regarding the bank. I challenge them to show you such . . .I had no other live chats with them as they locked my account . . . I have every email exchange with them still . . they are trying to cover their poor behavior . . .

You have no followed through with what you have said you would, you can use previous payments to settle current withdrawals. you are telling lies you can not back up or prove, I have every cooraspondance between us from the very first welcome to dendera email . .

in being fair: they have now refunded 1 $25 deposit of $800+ in lieu of payment of the $2500 withdrawal

this casino is terrible.customer support is terrible and e mails are abusive'
