I imagine you are talking about an RTG Casino..
This is why I say to avoid them.. then are not recommended because
when problems happen, I can not help. Bad casinos act like bad casinos.
If you only play at Casino that are recommended by this site,
AND IF YOU FOLLOW THE RULES, and never make more than one account,
you will always be paid

Like I said in the other post, send in the documents
as they requested.. your problem is most likely related
to the fact that they only allow ONE sign up bonus at
