That is the Rival auto block system. Email support and request a "manager account review". Tell them you are a VIP at Sloto'Cash
and deposit a lot at Rival casinos

This is a strange one....
I claimed the free $38, earlier this morning (not yesterday) and then I got
this email a minute ago.
(but, there is NOT $18 more in my account!)

That sounds like an automated email malfunction. It will
be hard to get them to fix that soon, as they are getting so many emails.
Hopefully if you email them, they will respond by Monday.
