hello, I have made use of bonus of 20 € for new players at the casino vanguard. I have meet playthroug required, and I have ask a withdrawal of 100 € (max cash out). For make a withdrawal I have depositing 25 € for verifing my neteller account. All right still up now. Elapse 24 hours my winning was "processing" and in payment. after shortly I ask in the chat if may I have my winning again in the account, according with the casino my money (125 €) come back in my account. I believe that now the money is free, no more penalized from the requirement of beginning bonus.
I think that in chat operator have to say me that it was unhelful play the money, if the winning was still hok up to the bonus.
therefore I play my 125 € and I win 1900 €
I ask withdrawal, it is pending, after it is blocked (winning and account), casino ask me documents verification, I send to the casino them, but now casino says me that all my winning (1900 €) is ever connect to the bonus and I can make a withdrawal only of 125 €. I think that, since already 24 hours elapse, the 125 € was free, like I have make a withdrawal and after a deposit. excuse for the bad english. What do you think about?

shintaidojo, Hi! A reversed withdrawal still has the terms of the bonus you used.

If it did not, everyone would play a free chip and then withdraw and reverse
and have no rules.. The only way to remove the rules from a free chip is to cashout and get paid and then deposit again.

Next time, wait until the cashout is paid, then deposit back the win if you want to play without rules.

NEVER reverse a withdrawal on a free chip you have cashed out the max on.. you can not win more, you can only loose the money.

I got my free chip up to $ 160 and withdrew $ 100. to Quicktender, got the email that I needed to send verification documents and make a deposit. Didn't really want to deposit right now because I'm saving my money, we're doing a two night stay at a casino in Louisiana the 28th to 30th, so I asked if the $ 100 could be reversed and if I could get the $ 60. back too. They replied I could not reverse a free bonus withdrawl and I would not be able to have any of the money restored to my account. So I sent the documents, made a $25.00 deposit. I got the $ 100. credited to Quicktender right away and I'm waiting on the $ 25.00. All in all, I see their point, it was free money and I had never made a deposit. I'm happy with my free $100. Maybe it will bring me luck in Louisiana Wink

My partner played the free chip at vanguard (on my computer, so I couldn't!!! Grrrr!!!) & met the playthrough, asked to withdraw the £100 max & was told to deposit £25 min. deposit to verify & could withdraw this also if not wanting to try his luck again!!! We did this & recieved the £125 into his neteller/ewallet account within two days!!!
