soulassassins, Hello! "New promotion coming soon" means you are bonus blocked for some reason. It could mean your country, the netherlands, is not allowed to claim bonuses. Certain countries get bonus blocked a lot. You can ask for a "manager account review" by email or live chat, and if you deposit at other rival casinos, they may allow you to claim bonuses. Good Luck!

For the first time ever I'm having trouble downloading this casino. It starts then gives me an error # 499228963. I've shut down and rebooted, had my ant-virus and firewall on and off, cleaned the cookies etc.and still no luck. Live chat says they are have a "mass downloading" right now and they suggest I try later. Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble and if anyone has any suggestions as this is a first for me, I had no trouble with OrangeGamez or any others.
