This is a first for me. I withdrew from This is Vegas and they deducted 3 "super sticky" bonuses from my withdrawal. Check it out:

Following up on your email.

It appears that you had previously claimed a few bonuses that were "Super
Sticky"
Unlike "Sticky" bonuses, where the bonus amount is non cash-able and will be
removed when the bonus is completed, a "Super Sticky" bonus will only remove the
non-cash-able amount from a withdrawal.
This means that if a "Super-Sticky" bonus is lost and the bonus is removed after
bust, the non cash-able amount stays in the account until the next withdrawal.

In this particular case, the "Super Sticky" bonus that you had claimed, was the
"50% GamesWeek" bonus.

This bonus was claimed three times: on 2009-08-20 (bonus amount was $25), then
on 2009-10-08 (bonus amount was $15), and again on 2009-10-19 (bonus amount was
$25).

These three bonuses came to a total "Super Sticky" amount of $65, which is the
amount that was deducted from your withdrawal.

What the heck??? Can you imagine if I had claimed more of these bonuses? I'd have had no withdrawal left, but been none the wiser until I went to withdraw! Crazy!

That makes no sense at all??!! Super Sticky?? I don't play there anymore they told me I was no longer eligible for ANY kind of bonus basically because I won there before and I guess I didn't play back all my winnings. Although they gave me some crazy excuse kinda like your Super Sticky .. there are a lot of great Rivals This Is Vegas is not one of them!!

I got banned, they said that someone from my IP address had tried to open multiple accounts with a lot of rivals and didn't deposit at any of them.
And I have deposited at several. Now any time there is a new rival that comes up, I can't play there because of this.

It is ok though, not that mind

I have heard of this bonuses before, but my question is...did it says supersticky when you claimed the bonus? They usually says that their rules about different bonuses always are clearly written in the cashier. If it wasn't then it really isn't right!
I'm not really that surprised. They are working side along with Rockbet and it is a casino with not so good reputation right now.

I ask livechat about super sticky bonuses and he said that there are more Rivals that have them, but I don't know who the others are. I also found an intresting line in their T&C:
•Once a player has signed up, deposited, and claimed a promotion at one of our casino properties they will not be permitted to claim a promotion at any of our other properties. As stated above, this will result in all winnings becoming null and void.
I wonder who the other properties are because they where not listed on their website?
Anyone knows? It is really getting scary...

Drakella, As far as that "other property" term- I asked about it when I saw it at Vegas Days and was told you can claim a bonus at other casinos and they were looking into it.

Thanks TDTAT! I hope they are listening to you, and why are I not surprised that Rockbet have them too Shocked

I have not checking the ranking list but I do hope they all are at the bottom.
I am bonusbanned at all three so I will not play there anyway.

Drakella, I demoted Rockbet and posted warnings the other day... Looks like ThisIsVegas will suffer the same fate!

I emailed about these "super sticky" bonuses and want to be sure the terms are listed in the cashier.. this is ridiculous.

The manager said these bonuses are being phased out.

The super sticky bonuses are being removed... there may be a few left in the system, but all should be removed soon.

Drakella, The term about "other properties" is being changed to say that you can not play 2 promos at the same time and will be updated soon.

It is great if she gets her $65 back, but I feel sorry for all others that might not have you to look after them.

Not 2 promos at the same time. Then we still have to know wich casinos they are talking about. Do you know TDTAT?

Drakella, I have only heard of super sticky bonus at Rockbet and TIV... but Vegas Days could have had them too because they are in a group with Rockbet.

In any case they are not going to have these kind of "super sticky" bonuses anymore.

As far as playing 2 promos at the same time, at different casinos: The system already blocks you from taking a second bonus if the rule applies. This is where a player will get blocked from taking a bonus and have to wait 1 hour to claim another bonus at another casino. It does not always happen, but if you try to claim a bonus and it won't let you, wait an hour and then try.

I might be stupid but sometimes I play in more than one Rival at the same time...and can do for a couple of days, with bonuses. If I claim the other one after two hours I still play with bonus at the same time at two casinos and the system will let me. So it is possible and if it is with the wrong casinos they might not pay me if I win. That is why I need to know wich casinos are working together.

Drakella, No... The system will block you from claiming a second bonus if the rule applies. This is across the board at Rivals... so if you are playing a free chip at SlotoCash, the system may block you from claiming a bonus at a totally unrelated rival. Again, the sysystem will not allow a second bonus to be claimed if the rule applies.

As far as related casinos here is a list of casinos grouped together in marketing companies, most are alone:
Vanguard & Slot Power
Rockbet & Vegas Days (with some ties to TIV)
Paradise8, Cocoa, TIV & Davincis are in a marketing group togther,
but Paradise8 & Cocoa are like a mini group within and are very closely related.

That is all I can think of off hand. Embarassed

What I can't figure, is why they have that rule written at all if it is not possible to use two bonuses at the same time? Ridiculous it is..
