Rome Casino uses a new software called Top Game.
I have not played at this casino, so could not endorse it yet,
but I have met the owner at a few conferences.
Cashouts are processed on Mondays only

Here are some terms for Rome Casino's bonus

In the interest of fair gaming in order to cash out any amount of money you must wager at least twelve (12) times your play bonus, plus the deposit unless specifically stipulated in writing by an approved representative of Rome Casino. Once you receive the bonus, you can not withdraw any amount from your account until you have met the wagering requirements. For example: Deposit $100 get $200 Free - minimum wager is $3600. Deposit $200 get $200 Free - minimum wager is $4800.

Excluded Games: Your bonus can be used with most games, but each game type has a contributory percentage that it makes to the wagering requirements before withdrawals are allowed. The contributing percentages of games towards the wagering requirements are as follows: 100% on all slot games 2% on Blackjack 0% on all Roulette/Table & Card Games/Craps/Video Poker - this means that play on these games makes zero contribution to the wagering requirements for your bonus.

Okay....
I did play for real.

They accept Use My Wallet, which is great.

I made a $25 deposit and they credited automatically $25.
So, I sent a 'live chat' message about the 200%.
They responded almost immediately, "your bonus has now been credited"
Sure enough, there was now $50 credited!

The games:
Graphics and Audio (sounds) are amazing!
Payouts and frequency of wins kinda' suck.
(I may say this because I did not win!)

Will I play here again?
Honestly.... maybe

I should have tried their Video Poker and then I would know whether or
not for sure, if I would play here again... or not.

I just noticed an email that I got after making that first deposit...

I am entitled to 5 x 100% first deposit bonuses!

Not sure if there are game exclusions, but I don't think that there are... ?

And they only process cashouts on Monday. Which is OK for some but my gambling funds are limited and I am darned impatient so I like to have my money in hrs. not days. If you win on Wed., just an example, they wouldn't start processing until Monday, right?

Haven't tried them yet though.
