Hello All

For those of us who participated in the recent promo here are some things that u will find may help your requested withdrawal to be successful...

When i first contacted their "live Help" they denied even running the promotion:

Michelle: np hun
Vamo: what's the question?
Michelle: About the $25 free bonus? I more than exceeded the 20x playthrough requirements. (i wagered more than $1500) So as far as you know, the delay is only because of the tech problems in your processing dept?

Vamo: we don't have that $25 free bonus running
Vamo: it was not posted by us on the website
Michelle: but i recieved the bonus via invitation?

then i logged back on and had the same operator:

Michelle: so how did i recieve it ?

Michelle: because that is the withdrawal that i am waiting on!!!
Michelle: i oepened the acct on i think Saturday/Sunday and played it throygh, then requested a withdrawal
Michelle: i see that the claim page has been removed but the bonus terms page is sill active

Michelle: So can you see why i am concerned hun

Now they are singing a different tune....

The operator then states that I did recieve the bonus, but must wait until tomorrow to check again...

Vamo: what are you querying Michelle
Vamo: I thought it was the $25
Vamo: and I have said it has been credited in your account
Vamo: and your cash out
Vamo: you need to contact us tomorrow
Vamo: because we have technical problems today

So now the operator admits that the promo was valid and that my cashout is "pending"...

Now i belong to other forums as well, and most have pulled the promotion and this may cause some isssues as operators often query the link so if anyone asks these are the links:

The other question is where you signed up from, so hopefully you will be able yo tell them from where. (best bet is to check other forums to see who still has it posted, if you cannot remeber exact link)

you will also need the bonus code, again which varied from link to link. (25bonus)

If you recieved a welcome email, you are in better shape than some:

This verifies that your code was genuine, and that you are a new player. (as promo was for NEW players only)

With this information you should be able to recieve your pending withdrawal.
