Just like I say at Best Rival Casinos:
"Rival Casino Rankings and ratings are updated weekly, and depend
on bonus, payment times, promotions, support services, casino
reviews, and more"
I also include extra points for freebies, bonus, exclusive NoLuck contests, fast cashouts,
good comments posted by noluckers.. things I hear from the casino, rumors,
basically I use everything I know about the casinos.
The casinos will drop in rankings when I hear complaints
about anything... or for slow cashouts... ect
It is not a science, but I think I know a lot about the Rival casinos. 
Sometimes I am telling casinos news about themselves..

I think you should keep them right where you have them, I think that they are ranked right, until one of the Rivals give a reason to be moved up or down.

I can't leave them exactly the same! Everyone would think I was lazy or
forgot to change them
